About

Nicole Willits provides strategic direction to a broad portfolio of student leadership initiatives across graduate degree programs at the MIT Sloan School. In her role, Nicole leads a team to design and deliver trainings on club management and team leadership and advise student leaders of 80+ clubs 15+ conferences on planning their events and initiatives.

Nicole started her career at MIT Sloan in 2008 and held roles in the Economics, Finance & Accounting Department and the Master of Finance Program, before joining the Student Life team in 2012.

Nicole holds a BS in sociology from Northeastern University.
